PRIZES
  1. The following prizes can be awarded:

    Violin

    First prize 5,000 €
    Second prize 3,500 €
    Third prize 2,500 €

    Double bass

    First prize 5,000 €
    Second prize 3,500 €
    Third prize 2,500 €

    The prize-winners are obliged to personally receive their prizes which will be presented to them during the concert at the Musikhalle Markneukirchen on May 14th, 2011 at 7 p.m.

  2. The first prize-winners are given the title "First prize-winner of the International Instrumental Competition Markneukirchen 2011“.

  3. The second and third prize-winners are entitled to call themselves "Prize winner of the International Instrumental Competition Markneukirchen 2011“.

  4. Participants of the final rounds receive diplomas.

  5. At the suggestion of the jury the best piano accompanists can be honoured with a diploma.
